Sample size estimates of fluid biomarkers for primary prevention trials in

   Proposal Description:
   1.Evaluate the ability to detect and track fluid biomarkers in 60-85 year-old  amyloid negative and positive cognitively unimpaired (CU)     apolipoprotein E4 (APOE) homozygote (HM), heterozygote (HT), and   non-carrier (NC) over baseline and 1 and 2 year follow-up (FU).           2. Estimate power and sample sizes for 1 and 2 year primary prevention trials     based on the findings from Aim 1 (including estimates overall, amyloid negative and positive CU HMs, HTs, NCs, and compare sample size estimates in each of the groups  using AB42/40, p-tau 181 or 217, and neurofilament light chain (NfL) when       available.  Requesting NACC data and NCRAD biospecimens.
